About me

I'm Sergei Polianskii, an independent data consultant in Stockholm, working under my own banner, Seppl. For over 10 years I've been turning messy data into reliable, business-ready products across healthcare, the public sector, and enterprise. I design and build cloud-native data platforms on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks, using Lakehouse and medallion architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Data Vault or dimensional models. Right now I'm architecting greenfield Fabric platforms and leaning into AI-assisted engineering.
